The pyramid shape really lets the tea leaves and bergamot oil breathe—I get a proper citrusy aroma that fills my kitchen every afternoon. It’s my favorite part of the day now, and the light flavor holds up even when I let it steep a couple extra minutes.

The bergamot oil comes through beautifully—that classic citrus lift is there but it’s not at all overpowering. I’ve been brewing a cup every afternoon this week and the flavor stays smooth even after letting it steep a bit longer than the instructions say.

The bergamot is stronger than I expected, so one bag is plenty for a big mug. I do wish the citrus note lingered a bit longer in the aftertaste, but for the price it's a solid everyday Earl Grey.
