The citrus kick from the bergamot oil is just right—bright and refreshing without turning bitter, even after a longer steep. I've been making a pot every afternoon since it arrived, and it's quickly become my favorite part of the day.

The citrus kick from the bergamot oil is bright without being sharp, and it steeps into a smooth cup that doesn't turn bitter even if I get distracted for a minute. This has easily become my go-to for a quiet afternoon break.

The bergamot oil gives it that proper floral-citrus lift without turning bitter, even when I let it steep a bit too long. This has replaced my afternoon coffee, it’s just light and refreshing enough for a daily cup.
