Innerlijke Vitaliteit

Three weeks in and that heavy, bloated feeling after dinner has mostly faded. I steep a cup while I'm cleaning up the kitchen, and by the time I sit down it's done. The taste is mild and grassy, not bitter like the loose herbs I tried before.

The peppermint-forward blend is doing wonders for that heavy feeling after lunch—my stomach actually feels settled within an hour. The leaves are finely cut, which makes steeping quick and clean. This has quietly become my afternoon reset.

The evening infusion has become my little ritual after dinner—my stomach feels noticeably calmer and lighter within twenty minutes. Even the way the steam smells is soothing, like a quiet pause in a busy day.
