Sanfter Reset

The mint and fennel blend is mild enough to sip before bed without any bitterness. I usually have a cup about twenty minutes after dinner and the bloated feeling settles down noticeably. Three weeks in and it's become the calmest part of my evening.

I’ve been reaching for this after heavier meals and the lightness it delivers is real—my stomach feels settled within twenty minutes. The infusion itself is mellow, not at all bitter, and I like that it works just as well hot as it does cooled down.

The peppermint-forward blend is doing wonders for my post-lunch bloating, and it's become my favorite part of the afternoon. I've already ordered a second box because one cup genuinely settles my stomach.
