Beruhigender loser Blatttee

I started drinking a cup about an hour before bed and it genuinely helps me slow down instead of doomscrolling. The loose leaves are chunky and whole, so one spoonful in my strainer goes a long way. Only thing is I wish the bag were bigger, because I'm going through it fast.

This is the third bag I've ordered this month, and the loose leaf format is perfect for my afternoon ritual when I need to refocus but can't take a nap. The aroma alone during steeping puts my shoulders down.

The loose leaf blend settles my nerves within minutes of the first sip, and the calming aroma alone helps me refocus during chaotic workdays. I’ve already reordered twice, and steeping a pot in the evening has become my favorite wind-down ritual.
