شاي البابونج السائب

I've been drinking a mug of this every night before bed and the sweet, subtle taste is so much nicer than the dusty tea bags I used to buy. The loose flowers steep into a really calming cup that helps me wind down.

The dried flowers are whole and fluffy, not crushed dust, so the brew turns a beautiful golden color. I've been sipping it after dinner and it tastes subtly sweet without needing any honey, exactly the gentle wind-down I was hoping for.

The calming effect is real—I brew a cup about an hour before bed and it genuinely helps me unwind. The subtle sweetness comes through without needing any honey, which I appreciate.
